Court Policy
Booking Access
Court booking is available to all users, but Basic, Gold, and Platinum members enjoy different levels of advance booking access and benefits.
All bookings must be made through our official website. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed.
Court Usage
Each booking allows up to two participants per court unless specified otherwise.
Users must arrive on time. Bookings will be forfeited after 10 minutes of no-show without refund or credit.
Platinum Members are limited to 2 hours of free booking from 12pm to 10pm under their membership. Additional usage must be paid separately.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
Promotional offers, class packages, or booking credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Equipment & Rentals
Premium racquets and balls are available for rental. Platinum members enjoy free racquet rentals.
Any damaged or lost rental equipment must be compensated according to replacement value.

Do I need to be a member to book a court?
No, anyone can book a court at City Tennis. Membership is optional, but members enjoy exclusive benefits such as extended booking windows and discounts.

How many players are allowed per court?
Each court accommodates a maximum of 2 players for optimal experience and safety.

Can kids play at City Tennis?
Absolutely! Our ball machines have kid-friendly speed and height settings, and junior rackets are available on-site.

How do I book a court?
Simply visit our website and click “Book Now” to view available courts within the next 24 hours.
Certain membership tiers allow booking further in advance.

How long is each booking session?
Each booking is for one hour.

Do I have to reserve in advance?
Not necessarily. Walk-ins are welcome, but during busy hours, there might be a short wait.

Do you provide rackets for use?
Yes! All rackets are free to borrow — no rental fees required.

What footwear is required?
Please wear indoor tennis shoes with non-marking (non-black) soles to protect the court surface.

What are your business hours?
Regular hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
For Platinum Members, the facility is accessible 24 hours a day.

Code of Conduct & Legal Terms
Conduct Expectations
All users must follow the facility’s code of conduct: respect others, play safely, and maintain cleanliness.
Harassment, aggressive behaviour, or damage to property may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban from the facility.
Liability Waiver
By entering our facility or participating in activities, you accept the risks associated with physical activity, including injury or accidents.
City Tennis, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, lost property, or personal accidents, except in cases of gross negligence.
Privacy & Data
We collect limited user data for service delivery and communications. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes & Termination
City Tennis Club reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted online.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or membership for violations of these terms.
