Facility Use & Booking Policies
Booking Access
Court booking is available to all users, but Basic, Gold, and Platinum members enjoy different levels of advance booking access and benefits.
All bookings must be made through our official website. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed.
Court Usage
Each booking allows up to two participants per court unless specified otherwise.
Users must arrive on time. Bookings will be forfeited after 10 minutes of no-show without refund or credit.
Platinum Members are limited to 2 hours of free booking per day under their membership. Additional usage must be paid separately.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
Promotional offers, class packages, or booking credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Equipment & Rentals
Premium racquets and balls are available for rental. Platinum members enjoy free racquet rentals.
Any damaged or lost rental equipment must be compensated according to replacement value.
Membership & Course Terms

Membership fees are non-refundable after activation, unless a trial-based refund policy is explicitly stated (e.g., Platinum Membership full refund after first booking if dissatisfied).

Memberships are non-transferable. Each member account must be tied to a unique individual.

Course Enrolment

Group classes (1-on-4) and private lessons (1-on-1 or 1-on-2) are available for adults, youth, and children.

Course packages must be used within a specified period (e.g., 10 sessions within 12 weeks).

If a participant misses a scheduled group class, make-up sessions are not guaranteed, except under instructor-approved circumstances.

Check-in & Rewards

Members may earn rewards through our check-in system. Only one check-in is allowed per calendar day.

Check-in bonuses differ by membership level and may be exchanged for designated perks.

Coach Assignments

All coaching services are provided by certified, independent instructors contracted with City Tennis.

While we strive to maintain consistent coaching, we reserve the right to change instructors as needed.

Code of Conduct & Legal Terms

Conduct Expectations

All users must follow the facility’s code of conduct: respect others, play safely, and maintain cleanliness.

Harassment, aggressive behaviour, or damage to property may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban from the facility.

Liability Waiver

By entering our facility or participating in activities, you accept the risks associated with physical activity, including injury or accidents.

City Tennis, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, lost property, or personal accidents, except in cases of gross negligence.

We collect limited user data for service delivery and communications. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes & Termination

City Tennis Club reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted online.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or membership for violations of these terms.
